Services Included in the Registration Fee:
** Workshop materials (program book, name tag, certificate of presentation); coffee breaks, lunch and dinner.
* E-Certificate of Participation and Presentation, 15 minutes oral presentation.
Note: Accommodation is not included in the registration fee and it is highly recommended to be arranged before the event dates.
For Students: A valid proof document is required. Scanned copy should be sent by email and the original one should left to the desk on symposium.
For Listeners: Listeners who wish to obtain a name badge and participation certificate, and to take part in the lunch and dinner events, are kindly requested to register and pay a fee of 2000 TL. Click here for listener register form.
Payment:
November 10, 2025 is the last day for payment of registration fees.
Registration fee should be transferred after receiving the letter of acceptance.
Payment for the registration can be be done by bank transfer, the bank account information is written below for Turkish and non-Turkish participants.
